“The initial stages during the process was ok. As we transitioned towards the actual closing (which was set for first week of January), was when I experienced multiple setbacks with minimal communication. I realize that unforeseen circumstances do arise, but the lack of communication was a huge area of opportunity that was missed. That was until Ms Andrea Figueroa stepped in. Despite continuous setbacks & loss of revenue (due to the date being pushed back two mortgage cycles later), Andrea have been diligent and provided open, honest and timely communication despite the circumstance. She was very professional and apologetic and actually followed up when she said she would. Ms Figueroa was the difference and provided a much more positive customer experience. She should be commended and acknowledged for her efforts.
